We collect the following information when you use CurbCheck: email address (for report delivery), vehicle details entered (year, make, model, trim), payment information (processed by Stripe - we never see or store your card details), and report usage data.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to generate and deliver your vehicle inspection report, to send report-related emails, and to improve our service.
3. Data Storage
Reports and email addresses are stored securely in our database. Free reports are retained for 30 days. Paid reports are retained for 1 year.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate CurbCheck: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Anthropic (report generation), and Supabase (data storage).
5. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
6. Cookies
We use minimal cookies necessary for the service to function. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
7. Children's Privacy
CurbCheck is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
8. Changes
We may update this policy periodically. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any revised policy.
