2. Service Description
CurbCheck provides data-driven vehicle inspection reports for informational purposes only. Reports are not a substitute for professional mechanical inspection.
3. Automated Report Disclaimer
Reports are generated using automated analysis and publicly available data including NHTSA databases. CurbCheck makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of report content. Always consult a qualified mechanic before purchasing any vehicle.
4. Payment Terms
The Full Rundown is a one-time payment of $6.99 (launch price) or $9.99 (standard price). All sales are final. Once a report is generated, the service has been delivered.
5. Report Retention
Free reports are stored for 30 days. Paid reports are stored for 1 year from the date of purchase.
6. Limitation of Liability
CurbCheck shall not be liable for any vehicle purchase decisions made based on report content. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not use CurbCheck for commercial resale, automated scraping, or any unlawful purpose.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
